Website content, neighbourhood information, market articles, checklists and calculators are provided for general educational purposes. They are not legal, mortgage, financial, tax, accounting, investment, immigration, inspection or appraisal advice. No agency relationship or obligation

Visiting the site, using a calculator, sending an enquiry or receiving general information does not create a client, agency, fiduciary or brokerage relationship. A real-estate relationship begins only when the required disclosures and written agreements have been completed. You are not required to work with Naveeda Realty by using this site.

Listings and market information

Active reciprocal listings displayed in the property search are supplied through the authorized PropTx MLS® Internet Data Exchange (“IDX”) datafeed. Naveeda Rana's own active listings may also be supplied through the authorized PropTx Data License Agreement (“DLA”) feed. The listing brokerage is identified on each result, including thumbnail views. The site is configured to refresh active listing information throughout the day and no less frequently than every 24 hours.

Listing information is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed accurate by PropTx. Prices, taxes, measurements, availability, status, room details and other facts can change or contain errors. Confirm all material information through current listing documents, the listing brokerage and your own professional due diligence before relying on it. The display of a property does not mean Naveeda Rana is the listing representative or that a transaction can be completed on the displayed terms.

You may choose to save property-search criteria and separately request emailed alerts for new matching listings. Alerts depend on listing-feed availability and your selected criteria. You can unsubscribe from alert emails at any time using the link included in the message.

Calculators and estimates

Mortgage and ownership-cost calculations are estimates based on the information you enter and simplified assumptions. They are not a loan approval, lending commitment, qualification decision or guarantee of actual payments, rates, taxes, insurance, closing costs or affordability.

Acceptable use

You may use the site for lawful, personal real-estate research. You must not:

• Interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access or introduce malicious code.
• Scrape, mine, harvest, download, copy, republish, redistribute or commercially exploit listing data.
• Use a robot, spider, automated tool or artificial-intelligence system to access, monitor or collect listing data.
• Submit listing data to an artificial-intelligence system, merge it with another database or use it to create derived content.
• Misrepresent your identity, submit unlawful material or use the site to infringe another person’s rights.

Intellectual property and trademarks

Unless otherwise stated, the site’s original text, design, graphics and branding are owned by or licensed to Naveeda Realty and may not be copied, republished or commercially used without permission. Third-party listing data, photos and related content remain the intellectual property of PropTx, TRREB, the applicable Member Associations, listing brokerages and their licensors. Provider notices and attributions may not be removed or altered. MLS® and REALTOR® are trademarks of The Canadian Real Estate Association and identify professional real-estate services provided by members of CREA.

Third-party services

The site may link to maps, listing platforms, WhatsApp, social networks and other third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability or security.

Text messaging terms

Program: Naveeda Realty Property Updates. We send text messages only if you separately opt in through a designated sign-up that clearly describes the messages and records your consent. Website enquiry forms do not enroll you in text messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is optional and is not a condition of making an enquiry, purchasing property or receiving real-estate services.

Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or contact Naveeda through the contact page or at 647 273 7603. After you opt out, we may send a one-time confirmation. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Our Privacy Policy explains how mobile information and messaging consent are handled.

Availability and responsibility

We work to keep the site useful and accurate, but do not promise uninterrupted access or that every item will always be current, complete or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Naveeda Realty and its service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of, or reliance on, this site. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

Privacy, changes and governing law

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. We may update these terms by posting a revised date on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada, and disputes will be handled by the courts located in Ontario, subject to any rights that apply in your place of residence.
