Information we collect

Information you provide

When you submit a website enquiry, we collect your name, email address, real-estate plans, message, property or MLS® reference and the date and version of your consent. If you choose to provide a telephone number or communication preferences through the chat service or a separate sign-up, we process those details to respond or deliver the communication you requested.

Website and advertising information

When you arrive through an advertisement or campaign, the page address may include attribution values such as UTM parameters, Google click IDs (gclid) or Meta click IDs (fbclid). If you submit an enquiry, these values may be saved with it to identify the source of that enquiry. If you choose “Allow analytics,” we and our service providers may also collect device and browser information, approximate location derived from an IP address, pages viewed, referring pages and interactions with the site. The site stores your analytics choice in your browser so it can remember your preference.

Property-search activity

When you use the live property search, we may log the search term, requested feed, time of the request, number of results and ordinary hosting or security information such as an IP address, browser or device details. Listing and MLS® references included in an enquiry are also saved with that enquiry. We use this information to operate the search, investigate abuse, maintain the activity records required for the authorized listing service and respond to your request.

If you submit an enquiry and separately select the optional property-activity checkbox, we link property pages, saved properties and saved search preferences used on that device to your GoHighLevel contact record for relevant follow-up. This choice is optional and can be withdrawn by contacting us or clearing site data in your browser. Saved properties and searches stay in that browser; the IDX listing feed itself does not send us visitor favorites or saved searches, and the website does not currently have client accounts.

If you choose the email listing-alert form and check its separate consent box, we send your name, email, selected search criteria and consent time to GoHighLevel to manage requested listing emails. You can withdraw email-alert consent through an unsubscribe link in an alert email or by contacting us.

How we use information

• Respond to enquiries and provide the real-estate information or service you requested.
• Arrange calls, property searches, showings, evaluations or other requested follow-up.
• Send property updates or marketing only when you separately choose to receive them.
• Measure website performance, understand advertising results and improve the site.
• Protect the website, prevent scraping or other abuse and meet legal, regulatory, brokerage and listing-data obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

Analytics, advertising and cookies

Optional analytics and advertising tools load only after you choose “Allow analytics.” Depending on which services are active, these tools may include Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Meta Pixel and Microsoft Clarity. They may use cookies or similar technologies to measure visits, page views, enquiries, phone or WhatsApp actions and advertising performance.

Choosing “Essential only” keeps these optional tools off. You can reopen the choice at any time. Removing provider cookies already stored on your device may also require clearing cookies in your browser.

When information is shared

We may share information only as reasonably required with:

• CENTURY 21 Innovative Realty Inc. Brokerage and service providers supporting your requested transaction.
• Website hosting, security, form-processing and communication providers acting on our behalf, including GoHighLevel for managing enquiries in the brokerage’s customer relationship system.
• LeadConnector (GoHighLevel), which provides the live chat across our website. Messages and contact details you choose to submit through chat may be processed to respond to you and manage the conversation.
• PropTx Innovations Inc. and its applicable MLS® licensors when reasonably required to operate the authorized IDX or DLA datafeeds, investigate a security incident or demonstrate compliance with the feed agreements.
• Google, Meta and Microsoft when you permit optional analytics and advertising tools.
• Regulators, courts or law-enforcement bodies when disclosure is required by law.

If you choose to continue an enquiry in WhatsApp, the information you send is processed by WhatsApp and Meta under their own terms and privacy policies. Some providers may process information outside Canada, where it will be subject to the laws of that jurisdiction.

Consent and communications

Consent to receive email or SMS property updates is optional and separate from permission to answer an enquiry. We send SMS messages only to people who separately opt in to the text-message program described in our Terms of Use. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to a text to opt out or HELP for help. You may also contact us using the details below. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already completed and may be subject to legal or regulatory retention requirements.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Retention and safeguards

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and for applicable legal, regulatory, brokerage, accounting or dispute-resolution requirements. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Access credentials for the live listing feeds are stored as protected server-side secrets and are not sent to your browser. Property results are limited to fields permitted for public display, and the public search endpoint is excluded from search-engine indexing.

Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access or correct personal information we hold about you, withdraw consent, or raise a concern about our privacy practices. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. This website is intended for adults and is not directed to children.
